Ordering Online Content

  1. How do I get a receipt?
    A receipt will be auto generated and sent to you via email.

2. I can't find my display size in the list.
The correct procedure for ordering custom sizes is to use the "Custom Size Package" option available in every package.

3. To find your display size (pixel size of your display please follow the instructions below.

Venus Control Suite:

    1. Launch Venus Control Suite.
    2. Click on Media in the Main Menu.
    3. Click on the Display Dimensions dropdown under Filters to see the size of your display(s).

Venus 1500 V4:

    1. Launch Venus 1500 V4.
    2. Choose your display from the Select a Display dropdown menu in the Home tab.
    3. Look under Display Status to see the Pixel Matrix of your display.

4. How do I re-download?
At the top of the page, go to "My Account" and click on it. Your transactions will be listed. Click on the package where you left off and proceed again.

5. What if the process stops before I'm done ordering?
