An educator by training, Sarah started her career at Daktronics training customers to use control systems to achieve their visions, developing a deep understanding of how customers use their equipment. She collaborated with the engineering teams as they developed products, led professional services teams to provide technical, creative, and operational support for customers, and trained many teams how to create a positive customer experience.

Sarah serves on the advisory board for the Service Council, which fosters best practices in services focused businesses. She volunteers as an instructor for Junior Achievement of South Dakota and has served on many boards and committees in her community.

She puts her faith first, and she enjoys spending time with her family, competing in rodeos, and pursuing creative activities, including photography and design. She is also a published author and speaker.
