LiveWrx: How do I navigate LiveWrx?

LiveWrx is divided into different sections that can be accessed via the Portal Menu, a navigational menu on the left side of the screen. 

This article explains the different sections of LiveWrx and how to navigate to the necessary areas.

Steps

The Portal Menu, pictured below, is always accessible on the left side of your screen in LiveWrx. Use this menu to navigate between the different sections of LiveWrx. The purpose of each section is detailed below. 

  • Dashboard: Where you can create and operate your Engagements. It is also your initial landing page upon login.
  • Schedule: Provides a calendar view of past and future Engagements. Here you can create new Engagements, as well as launch, edit, duplicate, or delete current Engagements.
  • Brand: Used to build and brand reusable Video and Mobile screens with your school logos, custom backgrounds, and sponsor elements. These resulting templates can be assigned to multiple activations, speeding up the interactive configurations.
  • Play Maker: Used to edit interactive activities, including editing or adding custom Gameday Trivia and This or That questions. 
  • Video Display Channels: Provides Video Display URL for your displays, allowing you to create URI files to assist with web page playback.
