LiveWrx: How do I create a Brand?

Creating a Brand in LiveWrx allows you to define visual and sponsorship elements that can be applied across activations. Brands help maintain consistency by centralizing logos, colors, and partner information. LiveWrx includes pre-built Brands to help get started.

This article explains how to duplicate a pre-built template to create a customized Brand. 

Environment

Steps

LiveWrx offers a variety of pre-built Activations that you can duplicate and customize to match your brand. Add your school logo, backgrounds, and sponsor elements to create an Activation that reflects your unique identity. This process is outlined below.

Log in to LiveWrx

  1. Navigate to Brand from the Portal Menu
  2. Duplicate desired pre-existing Brand
    • Click the Duplicate icon
  3. Click the Pencil icon on the duplicated Brand
  4. Rename the duplicated Brand, then click Save + Next
  5. Edit the following elements:
    • Intro Screen: The first screen during an activation that contains a scannable QR Code.
    • Background Screen: The background screen on mobile and video displays during the activation. 
    • Extro Screen: The final screen once an activation has been completed.
    • Game Card: What a player taps on their mobile phone to play the activation. 
  6. Upload custom images under Easy Layout
    • You can reposition and resize images on your screen by clicking and dragging on the image boxes
  7. Click Save + Next on each tab to save changes
  8. Review updates in Preview + Review tab, then click Close
