LiveWrx: How do I update my LiveWrx Brand using FrameWrx Instant Branding?

Customizing your LiveWrx Brand amplifies your Fan Engagement by keeping your activations and LiveWrx engagements in a unified look with your school's colors, theme night, or holiday. FrameWrx Instant Branding can help you update the following LiveWrx Components with ease: Game Card Background, Video Background, Mobile Background.

Environment

  • Product: LiveWrx, FrameWrx
  • Components: Brand Creation, FrameWrx Templates
  • Control System: LiveWrx Brand

Steps

 

In FrameWrx
  1. Set up Instant Branding for the quickest workflow - How to Set up Instant Branding
  2. Choose Create - Create from Template
    • Navigate to Engagement Backgrounds filter under the Athletic Events drop down
  3. Instant Branding updates all of your Engagement Backgrounds to your branded colors automatically
    • Otherwise, you can change the background color to something else for special theme nights prior to exporting
  4. Each LiveWrx Activation requires a:
    • Game Card
    • Mobile Background
    • Video Background
  5. Choose Preset Size for "Game Card" of the activation you are updating (Game Day Trivia, High Speed Racing, This or That, etc.)
    • Export to PNG
    • File Specifications: [LINK to KB: LiveWrx: What are the file specifications when adding images/videos to my Brand?]
  6. Repeat the steps for Mobile Background and Video Background until all three are exported to PNG in their specified Preset Size for that Activation Type.
  7. If you are planning to update other activations from Daktronics, repeat the steps for each Activation Type: Game Day Trivia, High Speed Racing, This or That, etc.
In LiveWrx
  1. Log into LiveWrx
  2. Update your LiveWrx Brands
  3. Create Engagement
  4. Add Activations using your new Brand Game Card and Backgrounds
