Steps

  1. Install DCS version 4.2+, preferably on the computer running the Diving and Synchronized Swimming software.
  2. Setup the input ports to read the .txt or .xml files for diving and synchro standings and the output ports for open ports on your network.

    2. Double click an open port to configure it for your first input.
      Check the Enabled checkbox.
      Name it.
      Choose File for Type.
      Browse to the text or xml file that holds the standings information.
      Choose System for Encoding.
      Check the box for Key-Value Mode.
      Select the SwissTiming-Diving.itf or SwissTiming-Synchronised Swimming.itf depending on which you are setting up.
            (If not available in the drop down, download from https://dakfiles.daktronics.com/downloads/Data/ITF/ and save to C:\ProgramFiles\Daktronics\Common\Input Templates)

    3. Double click the next open port to setup the corresponding output.

  3. Go to the Data Flow tab on the left-hand side to connect the input ports to the output ports.

Follow the steps in How to Configure the Profile Editor to add these data inputs to Content Studio. Be sure to add the .DID and .DSRC files to the DMP-8000s or setup Inputs and add .ITFs to the DMP-7000s.
