AF-3500 with 3.10.0 - 3.10.2 firmware, Display is Dim; Firmware issue
​Potential Symptoms
Display is dim during the daytime.
Both sides of a primary mirror display setup are dim even though the light sensor is reading above 400.
When Re-booting the display, the boot sequence will be bright but will dim down to minimum brightness.
Display will remain dim on Manual 100%. (May brighten for 10 sec when switched to Manual 100% but changes back to a dim level of 6.)
Brightness in Venus 1500 v4 reads "Automatic [1] - 6" or "Manual [#] - 6" or something similar indicating a minimum dimming value.

Cause
The firmware versions are initiating thermal protection mode when it should not be initiated.
Resolution
Use M2Config to update firmware on the controller to version 3.11.1 or newer.
When updating it is recommended to step the firmware up from 3.10.2 to 3.11.4 and then to the most recent.
