
Daktronics Announces New Leadership for On Premise Market
Jeremy Johnson and Tom Quackenbush Bring Experience to New Positions as Market Manager and Vice President
BROOKINGS, S.D. – May 16, 2025 – Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, a world leader in designing and manufacturing electronic scoreboards, programmable display systems, and large screen video displays, announces the appointment of Jeremy Johnson as Vice President of Commercial, and High School, Parks and Recreation business units. Additionally, Tom Quackenbush has been named Market Manager for the On Premise market.
Johnson brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having been with Daktronics since 1996. In his most recent position as Business Development Manager, Johnson was responsible for market management oversight for Commercial, including Out of Home and On-Premise, as well as High School, Parks and Recreation.
Quackenbush is an experienced leader, working as the plant manager the Daktronics Redwood Falls, MN, manufacturing plant for more than 11 years before moving to the Market Manager position. He also serves as the mayor of Redwood Falls, a role he has had for more than six years.
The change comes following the appointment of Brad Wiemann to Interim President and CEO for Daktronics. “I am excited for the future of these dynamic markets and am confident in the leadership Jeremy and Tom will provide to lead the teams to increasing growth and success in core, adjacent, and transformational opportunities," says Wiemann.
