To correct the time being off by 1 or more hours.

Steps

Verify the time, date, time zone, and daylight savings are correct on the computer.
- If not, follow Wrong time/date showing on Galaxy, Venus 1500 software and computer, Incorrect computer time settings.
Verify the correct time zone and daylight savings(if applicable) is selected in the Venus software.
- Follow Time shown on display is off by 1 or more hours; Time zone incorrect in software
Verify the controller in the display is set correctly for time zone and daylight savings(if applicable)
- Follow Galaxy, Time is off by 1 hour or more, time zone incorrect
If daylight savings change has occurred or is about to occur and the time is now off by 1 hour, the controller firmware may need to be updated.
- Follow Galaxy display with DST enabled is off by an hour, Firmware is out of date
