Steps

🔽Use the arrows to open or collapse the following sections: 

Change password
  1. Click the main menu buttonHamburger.JPG followed by USERS, and then click on your username in the list. (Alternately, click on the user iconUser.JPG in the upper-right corner of the application window, and then click Change Password.)
  2. Type in your Current Password.
  3. Type in the New Password and then type it in again to Confirm Password. To assist with ensuring the passwords match, use the eye icon Eye Icon.JPGto reveal the text.
  4. Click Save to keep the new password or click Cancel to exit.
Reset forgotten password All Sport Pro Series 1
  1. If a user has forgotten their password, it can be reset by going to "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\All Sport\Admin" and opening the "AdminUtility.exe" program.
  2. Select the user from the All Sport's Available Users drop-down list, and then click Reset Password.
  3. In the window that pops up, click OK to reset the user's password to the default password.
  4. When the password is successfully changed, click OK again.
    Reset forgotten password All Sport Po Series 2
    1. Plug any switch input into the Main Clock jack.
    2. Set the Clock toggle on the switch input to the Stop position.
    3. Reboot the Series 2 while holding the Horn button.
    4. Wait for the Status LED to blink 4 times.
    5. All Sport Pro will prompt user for new password on next admin login.
