All Sport Pro: How to reset a forgotten/lost password or change password?

Steps

Forgot Password

  1. If a user has forgotten their password, it can be reset by going to "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\All Sport\Admin" and opening the "AdminUtility.exe" program.
  2. Select the user from the All Sport's Available Users drop-down list, and then click Reset Password.
  3. In the window that pops up, click OK to reset the user's password to the default password.
  4. When the password is successfully changed, click OK again.

 

Change Password

  1. Click the main menu buttonHamburger.JPG followed by USERS, and then click on your username in the list. (Alternately, click on the user iconUser.JPG in the upper-right corner of the application window, and then click Change Password.)
  2. Type in your Current Password.
  3. Type in the New Password, and then type it in again to Confirm Password. To assist with ensuring the passwords match, use the eye icon Eye Icon.JPGto reveal the text.
  4. Click Save to keep the new password, or click Cancel to exit.
