Price sign shows P.11 rather than price, Price not sent

Potential Symptoms

  • Gas price display shows P.11 (for line 1) or P.12 (for line 2) in place of regular prices.
    • May show any of the following:
      • P11, P21, P31, P12, P22, P32, P13, P23, P33, P14, P24, P34
      • P.11, P.21, P.31, P.12, P.22, P.32, P.13, P.23, P.33, P.14, P.24, P.34
      • P11.9, P21.9, P31.9, P12.9, P22.9, P32.9, P23.9, P33.9, P14.9, P24.9, P34.9

Environment

  • Product: FL-3000, FL-4500
  • Component: New digit driver (replacement or new installation), power interruption to driver - loss of information
  • Control System:

Cause

  • No price has been sent to the driver yet.
    • This is the default operation of the driver.
      • P11.9 stands for price 1 line 1.
      • P12.9 stands for price 1 line 2.

Note: Sometimes a sudden power interruption can cause driver to lose information.

Resolution

  1. Enter price or change price for each line.
  2. Follow: How to Line map, using key fob, FL-3000/4500 Gas Price Displays, DD2374801 to address driver correctly.
