- After transferring messages from V3 Message Studio format to V4 Content Studio format, the messages appear distorted in Venus 1500 V4 Content Studio.

Cause
- Transferred content from Venus 1500 V3 to Venus 1500 V4.
Resolution
- Verify there are no blank layout slides.
- Verify content is saved with the correct file format.
- Follow: Published or sent content to display, Display blanks, Database transferred wrong format, DD2249464.
- Verify the message is within border in Content Studio.
Work Around
- Re-create the messages in V4 Content Studio so they appear clear.
- Remove old message(s) to avoid confusion.
