Content Studio Layouts: Display is going blank between messages; Presentation/s have blank layouts/frames

• Message display intermittently blanking.
• When message is playing on display there are blank sections that last several seconds before going to next message.
• Display may blank between every message or just certain messages, but is consistent when it blanks through every rotation of the slides.
• Display may blank for exactly as long of a time as the presentation slides published to the display.
• There is blank space or time before or after a certain layout in presentation.
• My display is black after a certain specific layout.
• My display Has Blank Spots Between Messages.

• There are layouts or frames that are blank in the presentation.

Content Studio:

• Check all of the Presentations Layouts to see if the blank space appears either before or after.
1. Launch Content Studio.
2. Click the Application Menu -> click Open.
3. Browse and locate one of the presentations in question.
4. Click Open.
5. Click the Layout Storyboard tab (bottom left corner).
6. Look to see it there are any blank layouts or transitions at the beginning or end.
• If there are, then select the layout in the Layout Storyboard and hit the Delete key.
  
• To modify a transition:
  
  1. On the Layout Storyboard tab, click on the hourglass transition to apply transition.
  2. Select a transition from the available options.
  3. Once a transition has been selected, the Change Duration button can be clicked. 
  4. An Edit Transition Properties window will open.  Make the desired changes, click OK.
     
• If there are not, then continue to check additional presentations.
7. Click the Application Menu. click Save.
8. Re-publish presentation out to the display.
   
   
• Check the Timeline of the Presentation(s) to see if there is a blank slide.
1. Launch Content Studio.
2. Click the Application Menu -> click Open.
3. Browse and locate one of the presentations in question.
4. Click Open.
5. Click the Timeline Tab (bottom left corner). 
6. Click on each slide to verify there is not any blank ones.
• If it is not, then continue to check additional presentations. 
• If so, then select it and choose Delete.
7. Click the Application Menu. click Save.
8. Re-publish presentation out to the display.
   
   

Web Compositor:

• Check all of the Web Presentations slides to see if the blank space appears either before or after.
1. Log into Venus Control Suite.
2. Go to the Media Tab.
3. Browse and locate one of the presentations in question.
4. Click on the thumbnail to open.
5. Click on the Pencil icon in the preview window to edit the presentation.
6. Look to see if there are extra slides under the Slides column that are blank.
• If there are, then click on the slide and click the Trash Can Icon to delete it.
• If there are not, then continue to check additional Web Presentations.
7. Click Save to save you changes and re-publish out to the display.
