Steps

MySupport provides different notifications and alerts to help you monitor your MySupport account and keep you up to date on happenings!  


Community Notifications

  1. The Bell notification in the upper right banner alerts you when someone has commented on your Community page in response to a question you may have asked.  The bell has a red ball with a number showing how many unread alerts you have.  Just click on the bell to see the list of alerts.
  2. To view an alert, click directly on the notification to open it.  image.png

Text Notifications

Text message notifications are available to let you know when service has been scheduled and will also let you know if you have scheduled a callback and we were unable to reach you.  For more on setting up text messages, see MySupport | How To Opt In To SMS Text Messaging from your MySupport Account
