MySupport | How To Opt In To SMS Text Messaging from your MySupport Account

Can Daktronics text me?  Can I set up text messages in MySupport?

Steps

MySupport users in the United States and Canada now have the option to receive notifications from Daktronics MySupport when we schedule a technician to go to site or when we have attempted to call you back and didn't reach you.

To opt in to the service, you must be a member of the MySupport Community.  If you would like to enroll in MySupport, please view https://www.daktronics.com/mysupport and click on Create Account.  Note that it can take 1 - 2 business days to complete your registration.  Once you have your account set up and have logged into MySupport, follow these simple instructions:
 
  1. You will see just below the banner on the Home page, the following text:  Text Messaging Notifications are now available for customers in the United States and Canada! Click HERE to sign up.
  2. On the next page, select the OPT IN button.
  3. If you need to change the phone number that was set up for notifications, click the link on the confirmation page.
  4. Your cell phone will receive a confirmation message.
  5. If at any time you decide you no longer wish to receive notifications, simply text Stop to +1 (605)231-5163 or reply to any of the notifications.
