MySupport | How to Edit MySupport Profile

How can I change my phone number or other information for MySupport?  Where do I find the Settings?  Who can see my posts in Community or see my account?  Where do I find the email notifications?

Steps

  1. The My Profile section is located by going to the top right corner and selecting the dropdown
  2. and then choosing My Profile.  image.png
  3. The top section is your information. To make any changes, click the Edit button.  image.png
  4. The next section is titled My Settings.  This area contains information about your MySupport account such as your username, email address, location and time zone.  Make sure your time zone is entered correctly as this will affect any callbacks you may request.  
  5. Profile Visibility is located next and allows you to customize who is able to see what information on your profile page.  Your options in the dropdowns are:
    • Restricted - Only you and Daktronics will see this information.
    • Members - Any logged in MySupport user will see this information.
    • Public - There are no public viewing options. You must be a Daktronics MySupport user to access the MySupport portal.​​​​​​image.png
  6. Last on the MyProfile page are the Email Notifications settings.  Any email that you have selected with a checkmark, will send an email to the email address listed in the Settings when that action is taken.  image.png
