System Health: How do I disable or enable event notification emails?

  • How do I disable or enable diagnostic event notifications within my System Health subscription?

👉The event will still exist; the notification email will just be disabled.  This functionality is helpful for displays being installed.  Technicians can disable the alerts until the display is ready.  

👉The types of notifications are based on the device(s) associated to the display. 

 

Steps

  1. Log in to Venus Control Suite.
  2. Select the Displays App from the My apps menu.
  3. Click the display you wish to view diagnostics for.
  4. Click on the Subscription tab.

System Health 

  1. Check the email notification box. 
  2. Scroll down to the System Health Notification section.
  3. Expand each section as needed and place a check by anything you would like to see a notification for.
  4. Click Save.
