SportApp Template Components Missing, Codec Not Installed

Cause

  • Required codec is not installed.

Resolution

  1. Verify the latest version of SportApp and the latest network package are downloaded and installed.

  2. Download and install the codec from the dashboard.Missing Codec.jpg

  3. When downloading network packages from the dashboard, be sure to download all assets that go with it.

  4. After installing, close and reopen the sport app and verify the missing components are now showing.Fixed Background.jpg
