Diagnostic Alert: Missing Frame on module

Potential Symptoms

  • Potential poor image quality. Depending on the frequency at which the module misses frames, video tearing and other quality issues are likely to occur.

    Cause

    • This event is created when the module detects that it was unable to display at least one frame of data that it was sent, causing it to increment a counter.

    Resolution

    1. Use the display's webcam to inspect for visual artifacts.
    2. Check the display's Module Map for any checksum or loss of sync errors in other devices that may suggest the source of the signal integrity problems.
