TNMC (Team Name Message Center): Names are identical; Incorrect Dip Switch Setting

Potential Symptoms

  • The home or the guest team name is showing on both the home and guest side Team Name Message Center (TNMC).
  • Both TNMC's are identical for every column width setting.

Cause

  • Incorrect dip switch settings.

Resolution

  • Switch dipswitch 5 on the home TNMC driver to the off position.
  • Switch dipswitch 5 on the guest TNMC driver to the on position.
