SportApp error when switching to scorebug; template imported wrong

Potential Symptoms

  • Error when trying to import scorebugs.
  • Templates folder has scorebug folder in it but error still shows that it cannot find it.

Environment

  • Product Family: Software and Controllers
  • Product: Live Book GFX®, SportApp
  • Component:  Scorebug template
  • Control System: AJT Systems a Division of Daktronics

Cause

  • Scorebug folder was placed in templates folder directly prior to import.
    • Folder needs to reside somewhere besides the templates folder when importing for the first time.

Resolution

  • Navigate to templates folder (C:\ProgramData\AJT Systems\MAM\Soccer\Templates for soccer as example).
  • Move concern scorebug folder to another location such as the desktop.
  • Import only the scorebug xml through Sportapp.
    • The other files/folders will populate automatically.
