- Images uploaded in VCS are not downloading to the sign.
- VCS shows a green download arrow stuck for an abnormal amount of time.

Cause
- Resolution of image uploaded is too large for the sign.
Resolution
- Resize images to be no larger than 3 times the size of the signs resolution.
- For example, images created for a sign with a resolution of 100x225 should be no larger than 300x675.
