Steps

Your LIVEBOOK GFX® system automatically creates a crash dump file if the system crashes. This file contains useful information about events leading to the crash. You may need to locate this file to help our support team serve you.

  1. When a crash occurs, the system generates a message like the one shown here to help you locate the file. Typically, crash dump files are in:

    C:\ProgramData\AJT Systems\name of SportApp\CrashDumps
    LIVEBOOK_UserGuide_V3.jpg
    To help you locate the correct file, the file name contains the date of the crash.
