GTFS information not displaying correctly

Potential Symptoms

  •    Text Messages play on the sign, but the GTFS portions aren't showing up correctly.

Environment

  • Product Family: Transportation Mass Transit
  • Product: AF-6700, AF-6800, and LS-1000 signs
  • Component: Software
  • Control System: DVS software, GTFS feeds

Cause

  • Sign isn't added in the Data Services Settings.

Resolution

  1. Select Data Services Settings from the Control Panel.
  2. Select the GTFS schema.
  3. Highlight the instance of that schema the sign will use and select Attach Display to this Schema.
  4. Pick the correct display and select apply.
