SportApp Scorebug is getting no data- UI shows error in red

Potential Symptoms

  • Scoreboard message on the UI shows error in red

  • Scorebug isn’t getting data from the scoreboard controller

Environment

  • Product Family: Software and Controllers
  • Product:SportApp
  • Component: 
  • Control System: LIVEBOOK

Cause

  • wrong settings selected in SportApp

Resolution

  1. Click on the settings menu icon on the lower right of the UI to view the SportApp settings 
  2. Click on the scoreboard feed drop down to verify the correct option is chosen.

  3. When the correct feed is chosen the notification on the base of the UI will show data ok.
