TriCaster: My clock feed is not visible when doing DVE or OCR over NDI in Daktronics system

Potential Symptoms

  • My TriCaster clock feed is not visible when doing DVE or OCR over NDI

Cause

  • The NDI file is not configured properly.

Resolution

  1. Verify you have the NDI configuration file.
    1. The NDI configuration file should be in the Camino plugins folder.
    2. If it is not download the NDI configuration file:
      1. The NDI configuration file should be placed in the Camino plugins folder
      2. With Camino 64 bit, it should be placed in c:\program files\AJT systems\Camino {Current Version}\codec plugins\x64
      3. Download link for the config file - NDIConfiguration
    3. If using Camino 64bit, it is located in c:\program files\ajtsystems\camino 6.6.3.217\codecplugins\x64

  2. The NDI configuration file should point to the TriCaster. 
    1. Edit the config file and change the source name to the name of the TriCaster
    2. It should also point to the input that contains the feed.

  3. Restart the SportApp.
    1. Restart the SportApp and change your scoreboard feed to either DVE or OCR. 
    2. The clock feed from the TriCaster will be visible.
