How to I verify that the Live Book is not showing black on the TriCaster?

  • How to I verify that the Live Book is not showing black on the TriCaster?

Answer/Steps

  1. If the Live Book is selectable on the TriCaster net source drop down, but shows black on the TriCaster video monitor, check the firewall on the Live Book

    1. The firewalls in windows must be off for video to show on TriCaster.
      1. Go to the start menu and type firewall. 
      2. Click on check firewall status. 
      3. If it’s on click change notification settings. 
      4. Turn the firewall off for each network setting. 
      5. Press ok to exit. 
    2. Restart the Sportapp and press the update button. The scorebug should be visible in the preview window of the TriCaster.
