Cannot connect to Galaxy display using Venus 1500; Unknown Cause
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to connect to the display using Venus 1500 version 4, but able to connect with M2Config.
- TX and RX lights on radio j-box stay off when connecting with Venus 1500, but flicker when connecting with M2Config.
- Venus 1500 never times out when trying to retrieve status, and no error or alert show up in Venus 1500.
- Venus 1500 shows alert: Unable to connect to the display.

- Restart Services. How do I manually start, restart or stop the SQL Server (NUCLEUS), Daktronics Fusion and Daktronics Nucleus Server services?, DD2236444.
- Restarting Venus 1500 computer can be performed so the services re-start on computer boot up.
