No communication over network using a tunnel; Adapter switched to obtain IP address automatically
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to communicate with display using an IP scheme not on site network.
- Most often this will be the default IP scheme the sign is shipped with.
- Display communicated prior with no issues.
- Only one Local Area Connection (LAC) present and it is showing customer's network is connected but can not connect to sign.

Cause
- LAC of computer was set up for a network tunnel, but got switched to obtain an IP address automatically.
Resolution
- Configure Local Area Connection to utilize a network tunnel to communicate with display.
Work Around
- Permanent solution would be to change IP address of display to work on customer's network, but is dependent on if the customer wants the display's IP address adjusted.
