Potential Symptoms

  • No devices added for the location in devices tab under the display configuration.

Environment

  • Product Family: Software, Message Displays
  • Product:  DVX, GS6, GC6, GalaxyPro
  • Component: Display Device Association
  • Control System: Venus Control Suite (VCS)

Cause

  • The DMP or VIP devices are not currently associated with the display.
    • May encounter if a display is deleted in VCS, either accidentally or during troubleshooting an issue, or if display was relocated.

Resolution

  • Contact Daktronics Technical Support to register the devices.
