Can not connect to the display through the Lantronix box; Lantronix port lock up

Potential Symptoms

  • Can not communicate to the display through the Lantronix box.
  • Can ping the Lantronix box as well as connect to the Lantronix Web Configuration page but can not get status in the software.
  • Can not ping the Lantronix box.
  • Lantronix Status LED not lit.

  • Lantronix Com port locked up.


  • Cycle power to the Lantronix box.
