  • Please see the picture and chart below for points to use for testing what the readings should be for troubleshooting a SmartLink or power issue:

1. Check if there is a schedule playing on each relay through the web interface.
2. Check status relay in web interface.
3. Check test points 5, 6, 7, 8 for correct voltage
1. Remove schedule. Verify voltages again.
2. If relay status is set to 'ON', reset status to 'OFF'
3. If voltage is good and troubleshooting items 1, 2 are good. Replace SmartLink unit

1. Verify site voltage in power entrance with voltmeter across Line and Neutral
1a. If not correct, Call electrician to verify Site voltage. 
1b. If correct, check BLACK, RED, AND WHITE wires between SmartLink and Power  entrance. Verify they are connected properly in their respective terminal blocks

1. De-energize SmartLink device with CB# in power entrance and verify the fuse is good
1. Replace the SmartLink. Note if the fuse was bad.

1a. If not correct, call electrician to verify the site voltage.
1b. If correct, check Blue, Orange, Violet, and Yellow wiring from Line block to the respective K1 - K4 relay
