VTour Autumn Picture is Missing

Symptom

  • The Autumn picture used to set the Viewable Area for the VLinks is gone (white screen).

Environment

  • VTour

Cause

  • Very large values on the VLink causing the picture to shrink down or move off-screen.

Resolution

  1. Change all of the values on the VLink to 0. You can change them on the left side of the screen on the same page where the picture should be. Make sure to have a channel selected on the VLink (same screen, on the bottom).
  2. Click on the white area, the screen will update and the picture should come back.
