RC-100 connects to scoreboard, when information is sent it takes a while for the information to change on the scoreboard

Potential Symptoms

  • Updating information through RC-100 goes slowly on scoreboard when more than 10 feet away.
  • Able to connect to scoreboard, but not change digit values.

Cause

  • Antenna on scoreboard is sticking straight out in a horizontal position.

Resolution

  • Antenna needs to be in a Vertical position on the scoreboard for it to receive its best wireless communication with the RC-100.
