Console will not operate scoreboard, Failed console.

Potential Symptoms

  • All Sport console will not control the scoreboard.
  • LCD monitor is lit up but only showing black boxes or squares, no data. 
  • LCD monitor is lit up but only showing lines across the screen, no data.
  • LCD monitor will display 'A' instead of solid black boxes across the LCD.
  • LCD display has a line going through it.
  • The console is powering on, keys do beep when pressed, and LED next to horn button is lit, but LCD screen is not working.
  • Some or all buttons do not respond or beep when pressed.

Cause

  • All Sport console has failed.

Resolution

  • Replace console.

For Temporary Operation

  • If another All Sport console is available it may be able to be used in place of the failed controller.
