AF-3500 Double Face, Heartbeat on second face is one row up from bottom and bottom half of bottom row of modules are flashing
Symptom
May observe any combination of symptoms below:
Heartbeat on second face is one row up from bottom and bottom half of bottom row of modules are flashing.
When display is rebooted there is no boot sequence on second face.
When display is rebooted the boot sequence shows MLC 0: error.
When playing content, the bottom half of bottom row of modules are garbled or pixelated and the content appears shifted up by 1/2 row of modules.
Bottom half of bottom row of modules are flickering all the way across the mirror and the last column of modules on the mirror are garbled but primary is working fine.
All modules on mirror side are only showing content on the top half or the bottom half of the modules.

Cause
Controller is configured as AF-3500 for module type instead of AF-3500 Double Face.
