Score not exceeding 99 on scoreboard, Score by quarter set to Yes.

Potential Symptoms

  • Score on the Basketball score board will not go over 99 points.
  • Cannot increment score beyond 99.
  • Once score reaches 99 it starts over at 0 and does not increase to 100 and above.
  • Basketball score won't go over 100 on the console.
  • All Sport 5510 basketball game score won't go over 99.

Cause

  • Score by quarter is set to Yes.

Resolution

  1. Turn console on and enter in basketball code.
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press down arrow to scroll to Edit Settings and press enter.
  4. Arrow down to Score By Quarter.
  5. Press Clear/No to set to No.
  6. Press Menu to return to game.
