Venus Web Editor: My countdown timer is blank or showing wrong number, time of countdown not set correct.

Potential Symptoms

Countdown is not displaying correct number of days remaining until the event.

May be one day off, forward or behind.

Data field may be blank when it is supposed to be playing a number.
Correct date is set for the event in Venus Countdown, but the time of when it starts is not at the beginning of that day.
Countdown is not accurate currently, but will update eventually.

Cause

Time or Date of event is not set correct in Venus Control Suite Data tab.

Resolution

Set the correct day and time, of the event that you are counting down too, in the Venus software. (example. Countdown to Christmas, Date = Dec 25, 2019, Time = 12:00 AM)

If you are using the same countdown timer from the year before, make sure you update the YEAR of the selected date.
