Blank screen when trying to change Apple TV resolutions
Potential Symptoms
- I see a blank screen or briefly see the Apple Logo before returning to a black screen.

Cause
- This issue occurs even after connecting the Apple TV to a television and setting the Resolution to 720p. Apple TV might be defaulting to the highest resolution available if it is unable to communicate with the other device.
