Steps

  1. Is the visual issue isolated to only a part of the display?
    • Yes - Go to step 2
    • No - Go to 10
  2. Has any component recently been replaced?
    • Yes - Go to step 3
    • No - Go to step 9
  3. Have you recently replaced a PLR?
  4. Have you recently replaced a VIP?
    • Yes - Go to step 7
    • No - Go to step 5
  5. Have you recently replaced a mod?
    • Yes - Go to step 6
    • No - Go to step 9
  6. Follow Module(s) discolored on display, may appear brighter or dimmer than other modules; calibration required .
