Venus Scheduling: How do I view my scheduled content in Venus Control Suite?

  • How do I view my scheduled content in Venus Control Suite (VCS)?
The schedule content view provides a graphic representation of daily scheduled content in Venus Control Suite. This view is designed for one display for one day.

  • Product: Venus Basic, Venus Select, Venus Professional, Venus Enterprise

Steps

Access Scheduled Content

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Control Suite: How do I log in?
  2. Navigate to the Scheduling app.  
  3. Click on the 3-Line Menu in the upper left and choose Scheduled Content.

Scheduled content for one display - Simple view

Click on the Select Display button to show the slide in view for your display picker.  

  1. Select the Display.

  1. ​​​​​Select your date by clicking on Start Date.

  1. Click on one of the thumbnails to see a slide in view of that file’s details.

Scheduled content for up to 10 displays- Advanced view

Advanced view details are included in Professional and Enterprise packages. This includes scheduled duration, exposures, sale, etc.

  1. Click on select display to show the slide in view for your display picker.  
  2. Select up-to10 displays.  If 10+ are picked, the initially selected displays will be auto unselected.  As displays are selected, views will be created for each via tabs.
  3. ​​​​​Select your date by clicking on Start Date.
  4. Navigate to the different display tabs for visuals of the scheduled content. 
  5. Click on the timeslot for the Schedule Details slide-out.
