Venus Reporting: How to I make a report to see my scheduled content?

View scheduled content for up to 14 days in a report format.

Steps

Log into Venus Control Suite. See: Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?

Create a Report

  1. Open Reporting from the My Apps menu or from the Venus Launch Pad page. 
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Choose Scheduled Content Report
  4. Type a descriptive report name in the Report Name text box.
  5. Click Select Displays to select individual displays, and then select one or more displays as needed. Displays selected in this manner are grouped by account. Select Displays is the default for selecting all displays.  
  6. Type the data parameters for the report under Range.

Click Submit. The Reports menu opens, listing all completed reports with the most recent report at the top of the list. It may take a few minutes to generate before being ready to view/export.
