Can ping VFC-3000 but DFTP won't connect

Potential Symptoms

Cause

  • Controller IP Port is not set to default in VFC-3000 communications configuration.

Resolution

  • Set Controller IP Port back to default in VFC-3000 communications configuration. 
    • Contact Daktronics Technical Support if default port is unknown.
  • NOTE:  If port other than the default is necessary to daily operations of display, then Controller IP Port should be restored to original value when finished using DFTP to perform file transfer.
