Unable to connect to a Galaxy Display using M4Config, use M2Config
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to communicate with Galaxy display using M4Config utility.
- Able to communicate with Venus 1500, but not the other utility, and the Computer's IP address settings are correct to reach the display.

Cause
- M4Config is not compatible with the Galaxy display models with an M2 or M3 controller.
- M4Config is only for use on the GalaxyPro Revolution (GPR) model.
