DakTennis v3: Why are RC-100 handhelds connected to the second base station not changing team scores

Cause

  • The second base station in the list is designated to run team scores for the second event when dual events are going on at the same time. The second base station never lets you change team scores for the match the first base station is 'in charge of'.  The first base station controls time of day.

    Resolution

    1. Designate an RC-100 controller number connected to Base Station #1.  Do not assign controller to a court by leaving in Base Station container to the right in Inputs tab of DakTennis.
    2. The teams scoring official will select this controller number when prompted.
    3. The same can be done on Base Station #2 when dual events are going on.
    4. In addition, for time of day operation use a handheld connected to Base Station # 1.
