Cause

Resolution

  1. Close all parts of Venus 1500.
  2. Delete Content Studio folders:
    • (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Daktronics.
    • (C:) > ProgramData > Daktronics.
  3. Run Venus 1500 4.22.3 update file or run a repair on the software.
