DakTennis v3: How to get FTP output data for a webpage

Resolution

  • DakTennis v3 sends an XML file for data output so others can develop their own web scoreboards.
  • The XML file includes all match information for a Dual (IE 3 Doubles, 6 Singles) with a maximum of 3.
  • To enable this feature:
    1. Click Outputs Tab > + Add Output > XML.
    2. Name:  Type in a descriptive name for the output.
    3. Path:  Enter the Path to the FTP site.  Provided by the web developer.
    4. If a Username/Password is required by the FTP site, put a check in the FTP box and enter Username/Password.  Both provided by the web developer.
    5. Click OK.
  • It is now the responsibility of the web developer to use the information from the XML file.
