Mirror Side Completely Blank on primary-mirror display; Clock cycle bit is not getting to mirror

Cause
- Issue with Ribbon cable or module on the primary face top line or an issue with the primary output quick connect, interconnect cable, or mirror input quick connect card.
- Clock cycle isn't getting to the mirror face. The clock cycle that passes to the 2nd side comes from the top row of modules on the primary face.
- In displays that have quick connect interconnect cards that receive power from a power supply, if power is not applied to a card, mirror may be garbled.
Resolution
- Replace faulty part or resolve power issue to quick connect.
