Venus 1500: How do I schedule a rotating message in v3.12?

Environment

Venus 1500 V3

Resolution

  1. Launch Venus 1500 Schedule Studio.
  2. Click File, click Open to existing schedule or New to start a new schedule.
  3. Select Display and click Ok.
  4. Click on None under the Type column, choose Rotate from the drop down.
  5. From the Message Selection Screen select the message you want to rotate.
    • By default the message will rotate every one messages. Follow the next steps if you need to change the rotating frequency
      1. Click on the message under the Event Column, then click the drop down arrow and select Change Rotate Frequency
      2. Use the Up/Down arrows to change the frequency.
        • The number 2 will play two messages and then play the rotating message and so forth.  
  6. Enter the desired Start Time, Stop Time, First DateLast Date and days of the week.
    • By default all new messages added default to 12am to 11:59pm, and First Date to the current date and last date to the end of the current year 12/31/YEAR.
  7. Click File -> Save or Save As... to save the schedule.

Important: In Venus 1500 v3 software you can only have one schedule running at a time.  You may have multiple listings in a schedule, but only one rotating message during a specific time period.
