Cause
Resolution
Update to latest software version 4.10 or greater.
Work Around
If unable to perform update, you can manually delete the log file.
- Go to Windows Start Menu, click My Computer or Computer.
- Go to the following location:
- Windows XP Location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Daktronics\Venus 1500 V4
- Windows Vista\7 Location: C:\Program Data\Daktronics\Venus 1500 V4
- and delete Venus1500.log text document that is 51,000 KBs.
